Valuable Prizes Await Commercial Brokers In W&H Properties’ Fourth Portfolio Challenge

NEW YORK CITY, NY – September 29, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — W&H Properties will conduct its fourth-annual Portfolio Challenge program, offering commercial brokers “great prizes, along with the opportunity to preview some high-quality pre-built spaces,” announces Anthony E. Malkin, president of Malkin Holdings LLC, which supervises the W&H Properties portfolio of nine Manhattan Pre-War Trophy office buildings.

During the Challenge period, from October 3rd to October 28th, brokers who tour the buildings will receive a token from each W&H building they visit. Those who accumulate at least six tokens can exchange them for a $100 Apple Gift Card. In addition, brokers who receive one of the five randomly distributed “wild card” tokens automatically win a 32G iPad 2. And brokers who visit all nine buildings will be entered in a raffle to win a MacBook Air.

The portfolio buildings include the Empire State Building, One Grand Central Place, 250 West 57th Street, 112 West 34th Street, 1333 Broadway, 1350 Broadway, 1359 Broadway, 1400 Broadway, and 501 Seventh Avenue.

“We run this program to bring out brokers, particularly younger members of the brokerage community, for them to visit, see, and learn about our portfolio,” says Mr. Malkin. “We want them to tour our buildings. The program gives them the incentive to see for themselves the quality, modern, efficient range of opportunities in our properties.”
All registered real estate brokers are invited to participate in the program.
