STAMFORD, CT – February 23, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — Aircastle Advisor LLC, which acquires, leases and sells high-quality commercial jets to airlines throughout the world, has renewed its lease for 19,214 square feet of office space at Malkin Properties’ First Stamford Place a year in advance of expiration, announces Jeffrey H. Newman, executive vice president of Malkin Properties, the marketing and management agent for the three-building, 810,000-square-foot office complex.

Aircastle, a tenant at 300 First Stamford Place since 2005, will remain in its fifth-floor space through 2022 under the new agreement.

“In 2007, after a very successful two years at First Stamford Place, we expanded in the building by over 6,000 square feet, filling out our current space,” says Jonathan Lang, chief information officer with Aircastle. “The recent decision to renew was an easy one, given our satisfaction with the hands-on management, top-tier amenities package, and convenient location, right next to the Stamford Transportation Center.”

Managed by a team of aviation professionals with extensive industry experience, Aircastle maintains servicing offices in the U.S., Ireland and Singapore, providing airlines an exceptional level of service and its investors with global coverage and local market knowledge. Mr. Newman, senior leasing associate Kimberly Zaccagnino, and leasing associate Tara Long represented the landlord in this transaction. The tenant was represented by Stephen Baker and Paul Kauffman of Cushman & Wakefield.
