ALBANY – February 4, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) — The New York Department of State will host a public meeting of the State Fire Prevention and Building Code Council on Wednesday February 13, 2013,10:00 a.m.at the Department of State, 99 Washington Avenue in Albany, 123 William Street in NYC, and 65 Court Street in Buffalo. The Department’s Division of Code Enforcement and Administration oversees the enforcement practices of local governments in matters pertaining to building construction, fire prevention, and energy conservation. The meeting will be held via Videoconferencing.
The Department’s Fire Prevention and Building Code Council is convening to discuss Code Change adoptions and other business. The public has the right to attend the meeting at any of the locations.
