Affordable Housing for the Bronx Request for Proposals

The New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) and the New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) are soliciting proposals to develop any combination of one, two, three or four sites located in the Bronx to provide affordable rental and homeownership housing.

Interested parties that choose to download the RFP using the link below must register. Only those registered will receive any updates or additional communications regarding the RFP. A hard copy of the RFP can be obtained at 100 Gold Street, Room 9G-10, New York, NY during business hours beginning Tuesday, September 11, 2007 for a $75 non-refundable fee in the form of a certified check or money order payable to the New York City Department of Finance. The RFP contains a detailed description of the development program, requirements, guidelines, eligibility requirements, selection process, and submission requirements.

People with disabilities requiring special accommodations either to pick up the RFP or to deliver a complete application should contact the agency contact below so that the necessary arrangements can be made.

A pre-submission conference will be held at HPD, 100 Gold Street, 3rd Floor Law Library, New York, NY on Monday, September 24, 2007 at 11:00 AM. Interested parties are strongly encouraged to attend the conference. All proposals are due by hand no later than 4:00 PM on December 7, 2007.
