New Destiny is a New York City nonprofit founded in 1994 to provide housing and services to one of the City's most vulnerable homeless populations – victims of domestic violence and their children. We are committed to increasing permanent housing options for domestic violence survivors by building affordable housing and improving their access to existing housing resources.

Building Affordable Housing for Families in the Bronx
New Destiny Housing Corporation, a non-profit developer of affordable housing for families, has started construction on its newest mixed income housing project – The Jennings, located on Jennings Street in the Crotona Park East section of the Bronx. The Jennings will be an eight-story building with 42 apartments affordable for low-income households from the community with 23 apartments reserved for families coming from New York City domestic violence shelters. Project completion is expected in spring 2019.
