Specializing in residential, commercial, and international real estate, Cruz is excited to be working with the Keller Williams NYC team, which is continuing to expand at a rapid pace.
An expert in both luxury real estate and interior design, Cruz has developed an artistic philosophy when it comes to real estate, believing in the importance of working closely with clients to deliver their perfect dream home.

Cruz developed a love of real estate from her father who worked as a contractor and investor in Florida and Puerto Rico, learning not only the skills of buying and selling properties, but also how aesthetics play an integral part of consumer decision-making.
She has served as Director of the Metropolitan Institute of Interior Design, Adjunct Professor at Briarcliffe College’s Graphics Department, and was Founder of the Long Island Latino International Film Festival. She was also a consultant to the New York City/MTA Arts Program and has received various awards including the Charles G. Shaw Award for Excellence in Art from CUNY Brooklyn College in 2000, the Latina Artist of the Year in 1998 and 2008, and the Special Achievement Award in Business from the National Conference of Puerto Rican women in 1995.
Cruz has an MFA in Fine Arts from Brooklyn College and an Interior Design degree from the Metropolitan Institute of Interior Design. She is currently pursuing a professional certification in real estate finance and investment from the NYC Schack Institute of Real Estate.
She has lived in New York for over 25 years and is currently a resident of Manhattan’s Upper West Side.
