KELLER WILLIAMS NAMES BRANDEE SONG ASSOCIATE BROKER

New York, NY – August 2, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — Keller Williams NYC (www.kwnyc.com), the Manhattan franchise of leading real estate firm Keller Williams Realty Inc., has appointed Brandee Song as Associate Broker. As the founder of S Group Realty, she specializes in working with Korean investors looking to buy and sell property in New York City.

Since starting S Group Realty (www.broker4nyc.com) in 2009, Song has orchestrated a number of significant deals with Korean investors and held several sales expos and seminars in Korea.

Previously, Song was a broker at Citi Habitats, where she specialized in the rental market as well as worked with investors looking to purchase residential real estate in Manhattan.

Prior to moving to New York, Song worked for Keller Williams in Ann Arbor, Michigan, where she received the Top Selling Agent Award from Toll Brothers along with the Silver Award from Keller Williams.

Song was born and raised in Seoul, South Korea. She was a national swimmer from a very early age, up through middle school. She studied at Kyung Won University in Seoul, where she received a degree in fashion design.

After moving to the United States, she joined Northwest Airlines as a flight attendant. Her time spent with the airline allowed her to travel the world, see many far-away countries, learn about other cultures, and interact with many people from all parts of the world.
