A licensed real estate broker, Judy has an extensive background in real estate. She was a commercial real estate broker for 15 years, which gives her a strong background in negotiating and transactional skills. She is also a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University, where she received a BFA in Design. After completing a number of successful residential and investment real estate transactions, Bauer looks forward to utilizing her diverse skills set to assist her clients at Warburg. Judy will work out of the firm’s 30 East 76th Street office.

Amy joins Warburg with a background in law, previously serving as in-house counsel for a leading construction firm. A longtime resident of Manhattan, her professional experience enables her to visualize a space from construction plans, and reimagine the many uses of a home in the city. A licensed real estate broker, she will be based in Warburg’s 654 Madison Avenue office.
