88 MORNINGSIDE EARNS TOP HONOR AS THE FASTEST SELLING HARLEM DEVELOPMENT IN 2010

Development Sells Twice as Many Units as Any Other in Harlem;
Data Based on New Listings Released in 2010

Out of 20 new residential developments in Harlem that listed new units in 2010*, 88 Morningside, which has only been on the market since May, beat the competition by selling a total of 20 units. Embelesar 118 came in second with a total of 10 sales of newly released units over the course of the year, and Park Lane Condominiums and Bennett 212 Condominiums were tied for third, with a total of nine sales each.
