New York, NY, October 11, 2007 – Baker & McKenzie LLP has added to its Banking & Finance practice in New York with the addition of William R. Wagner as Partner. He joined the firm from Kaye Scholer.
Mr. Wagner represents investment and commercial banks, asset managers, funds and other strategic investors in loan workouts, financial restructurings, distressed asset sales and distressed loan trading. He also has extensive secured and unsecured bank financing experience, including real estate, aircraft, sports lending, acquisition finance, leasing, securitization and structured finance.
Mr. Wagner received his J.D. from the University of Richmond School of Law in 1992. He received his M.B.A. and B.A. from the College of William and Mary in 1989 and 1985.
