Previously, Itzhak was CFO and a Partner at Arik Eshel CPA, & Associates, PC in Manhattan, where he was responsible for providing controller services for public and private companies including Strauss Group, Visonic, KMN Capital (USA), Aroma, Inc. and Gmul Investment Company Ltd. He was also CFO at eTouchWare, Inc., responsible for managing the technology start-up’s worldwide finances, accounting and day-to-day operations.
Earlier in his career, Itzhak was an audit manager for PriceWaterhouseCoopers in New York, and a senior auditor in Israel for the company. Among his clients were Interpublic Group, Javelin Pharmaceuticals and Dow Jones, Inc.
