Miodownik was previously a vice president at Prudential Douglas Elliman. She has been a residential real estate broker in New York City since 1999. Among her current exclusive listings is a six-bedroom, six-bath townhouse on the Upper East Side on the market for $16.5 million.

Miowdownik represents buyers and sellers throughout Manhattan, including the Financial District where she lives and owns two apartments. She attributes her success as a broker in part to her ability to accurately price listings for sellers.
A native of Buenos Aires, she has a degree in Economic Theory from the University of Buenos Aires School of Economics. Prior to becoming a broker, she was a partner and business manager with her sister, a designer, for their own dress label that sold to high-end stores including Henri Bendel and Linda Dresner.
Miowdownik also worked for several film production companies in Los Angeles, and she continues to enjoy writing and filmmaking. She is fluent in Spanish, French, Hebrew and English.
