Law Firm Leases Large Pre-Built At One Grand Central Place Prior to Build-out

NEW YORK CITY, NY – May 3, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — Law firm Aronauer Re & Yudell has leased a large W&H pre-built suite prior to construction, announces Anthony Malkin, president of Malkin Holdings LLC, which supervises W&H Properties.

The suite contains 8,109 square feet on the 14th floor of One Grand Central Place.

“Our high-end pre-built suites have been leasing rapidly across the portfolio – often before construction is completed,” notes Mr. Malkin. “And recently there has been a growing demand for larger-size units, which we are meeting by increasing the maximum square footage of our pre-builts to approximately 8,000 square feet.”
