HARRISON, N.Y. – October 7, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — Lornamead, Inc., a leading global marketer of personal care brands, will relocate from High Ridge Park in Stamford, Conn. to Malkin Properties’ 500 Mamaroneck Avenue in Harrison, N.Y., according to Jeffrey H. The tenant will take occupancy of a 3,883-square-foot office space on the building’s first floor for a lease term extending through 2017. Malkin Construction will build out the space.
