NEW YORK CITY, NY – June 6, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — Underscoring an initiative to strengthen and expand the New York office of Cresa, North America’s largest tenant representation firm, the company has appointed industry heavyweight Mark Jaccom to serve as president and managing principal of New York. He has also been named to Cresa’s Board of Directors.
In this position, Mr. Jaccom will be responsible for overseeing and growing the firm’s brokerage services in Manhattan and the other boroughs. He will also work closely with other Cresa offices throughout the country to further expand national accounts and conduct more complex transactions.

Mr. Jaccom, who has more than 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, is known both locally and nationally as a strong business leader and new business generator. An accomplished real estate advisor, he has managed a wide range of corporate accounts and built an impressive roster of clients, including Capital One Bank, Cigna, Citibank, Charles Schwab, CMP Publishing, Colgate-Palmolive, John Wiley & Sons, Publicis, Toshiba, Willis, and Verizon, just to name a few.
Most recently, Mr. Jaccom, 57, served as co-chairman of the Tri-State region at Colliers International, where he grew the business into a full-service international advisory firm. Prior to that, he was vice chairman and principal of Studley, Inc., where he addressed the needs of corporate and industry clients and introduced many value-added consultative services. Mr. Jaccom spearheaded the firm’s Corporate Services and Industrial Services Groups, playing an instrumental role in securing many high-profile national accounts.
