NEW YORK, NY – March 19, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — Pier 1 Imports is coming to the Upper East Side, and RKF arranged the 17, 514-square-foot retail lease with the home furnishings and gifts store at 1110 Third Ave. Located on the northwest corner of 65th Street at the base of The Chatham, the Robert A. M. Stern-designed residential condominium, the retail space includes 4,638 square feet on the ground floor, 8,119 square feet on the lower level and 4,757 square feet on the second floor. This will be Pier 1 Imports’ second location in Manhattan.

The retail space includes 120 feet of frontage on Third Avenue and 33 feet of frontage on East 65th Street. It is surrounded by many top retailers including lululemon athletica, American Apparel and Lucky Brand, among others.
