1,230-Home Rental Complex is Harlem Landmark
New York, NY – April 9, 2010 – (RealEstateRama) — Rose Associates, Inc. announced today that it has been named the exclusive managing agent of Riverton Square, a complex of seven, 13-story buildings with a total of 1,230 residential units in Harlem.

Riverton Square is located between Fifth Avenue and the Harlem River and runs from 135th Street to 138th Street. The complex, which was developed in the late 1940s, sits on more than 12 acres of land.
