JEFFREY AND KRISTIN KRANTZ JOIN HALSTEAD PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT MARKETING

NEW YORK, NY – June 8, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — Halstead Property Development Marketing today announced that husband and wife team Jeffrey and Kristin Krantz, known as Krantz+Krantz, have been hired as sales and marketing executives of Halstead Property Development Marketing.

An expert sales and marketing professional, Jeffrey Krantz brings more than 10 years of experience to his new position as an Associate Broker and Senior Vice President of Halstead Property and Sales and Marketing Executive of Halstead Property Development Marketing. Consistently ahead of the curve on market trends, Jeffrey is known for developing creative marketing solutions and plans to guide buyers, sellers, developers, and investors to their desired goals.

Having worked on some of the top developments in New York City in addition to a lucrative re-sale business, Kristin Krantz is a skilled sales agent, and brings an outstanding track record of success to her new position of Licensed Real Estate Salesperson of Halstead Property and On-Site Sales Manager at Halstead Property Development Marketing.

Prior to joining Halstead, Jeffrey spent five successful years at City Connections Realty, where Kristin joined him in 2009 and they formed the boutique sales and marketing division Krantz+Krantz. Throughout their real estate careers, they have achieved over $600 million in new development experience, selling out buildings including 555 West 23rd Street, 325 Fifth Avenue, Parc Standard, The Lantern, and Irving Lofts.

A native of Iceland, Kristin started her real estate career at Cantor & Pecorella Inc. in 2005 and also spent time as a sales director at JC DeNiro & Associates. A graduate of the University of California, Davis, Jeffrey began his career in real estate at Citi Habitats in 2002 and also held a sales position at Cantor & Pecorella Inc. prior to his tenure at City Connections.
