CONTRACT TALKS FOR 30,000 NEW YORK CITY APARTMENT BUILDING WORKERS RESUME TODAY

New York, NY – April 19, 2010 – (RealEstateRama) — Contract talks between the Realty Advisory Board and 32BJ for New York City apartment building workers resume today at the Sheraton Hotel in midtown Manhattan. The contract, covering 30,000 doormen, handymen, resident managers, porters, superintendents and concierges, is set to expire at 12:01 a.m., April 21st. Negotiations began on March 9.
