STAMFORD, CT – May 31, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — Vesta Partners, LLC, an international business consultancy focused on enterprise asset management, has signed a lease to relocate its headquarters to Malkin Properties’ First Stamford Place in Stamford, Conn., announces Jeffrey H. Newman, executive vice president of Malkin Properties, the marketing and management agent for the three-building, 810,000-square-foot office complex.
Vesta Partners will take occupancy of 3,604 square feet on the fifth floor of 300 First Stamford Place for a term of seven years. The firm is moving from a Stamford building which is located much further from the Stamford Transportation Center. Malkin Construction will build out the new space for the tenant.
