Investment Firm Chooses Malkin Properties’ First Stamford Place for Headquarters

STAMFORD, CT – June 1, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — TrexQuant Management, an investment firm which develops and implements computer-based equity trading strategies, will establish its headquarters at Malkin Properties’ First Stamford Place in Stamford, Conn., announces Jeffrey H. Newman, executive vice president of Malkin Properties, the marketing and management agent for the three-building, 810,000-square-foot office campus.

The high-tech money management firm will occupy a 3,122-square-foot facility on the third floor of 300 First Stamford Place for a term of five years.
