KELLER WILLIAMS NYC APPONTS OLGA ALEXAKOS AS SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT AND DIRECTOR OF GREEK PROPERTY SERVICES

New York, NY – August 10, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — Keller Williams NYC (www.kwnyc.com), the Manhattan franchise of leading real estate firm Keller Williams Realty Inc., today announced the appointment of Olga Alexakos as Senior Vice President and Director of Greek Property Services.

An accomplished and highly regarded broker, she has worked in the Manhattan real estate industry since 1993. Prior to joining Keller Williams NYC, Alexakos was at Prudential Douglas Elliman where she was awarded the Chairman’s Circle Gold award for her top sales performance. She specializes in co-ops, condominiums, townhouses and investment properties.

A resident of Manhattan, Alexakos moved to New York from her native Greece as a student in the 1970s. Her love of architecture, design and history has helped her sell and rent premium residences in historical buildings such as 185 Lafayette Street, along with 21st century masterpieces including Richard Meier’s Perry Street condominiums and Charles Gwathmey’s Astor Place Tower.

She has a Ph.D in economics from The New School for Social Research, a B.A. in psychology from Queens College, and an extensive background in urban analysis and real estate marketing.
