Shiu is founder of development firm New York Real Estate Partners, which has built and renovated condominiums throughout New York City including in Harlem, where he realized the financial potential for historical brownstones and other properties in the neighborhood.
Earlier in his career, Shiu worked as a trader for JP Morgan, as well as head of proprietary trading for a large Swedish investment bank. He has a Bachelor’s in Finance and Economics from Bucknell University.
