Cohen specializes in working with national and international investors, helping them throughout the process of purchasing, renovating, renting and managing their properties. His main areas of focus are the Upper East Side, Upper West Side and Midtown Manhattan.
Previously, Cohen was an agent at Anchor Associates in Manhattan, where he became one of the firm’s leading producers within his first year. Prior to that, he was the Founder of Cohen Properties, which specialized in the development of multi-family townhouses and residential apartment buildings in Brooklyn and Queens.
