Kliegerman has been named President of a newly formed company, Terra Development Marketing. In this new position, Kliegerman will be responsible for the operations, direction and management of new business, client relations, pre-development planning, marketing and sales for all new development projects represented by both Brown Harris Stevens and Halstead Property, which are separate and distinct companies owned by Terra Holdings.
Kliegerman will now hold the titles: President of Brown Harris Stevens Development Marketing and President of Halstead Property Development Marketing.

Prior to Kliegerman’s appointment, he served as executive director of Halstead Property Development Marketing for the last six years and was responsible for building the organization into a market leader, demonstrating an excellence in strategic vision for new developments through unparalleled customer service, creative marketing and record setting sales. As a Licensed Real Estate Broker for more than 22 years, Kliegerman previously owned and operated his own real estate brokerage, management and consulting firm, Herbert H. Kliegerman Associates, Inc. In 1998, the firm merged with Halstead Property and Kliegerman was appointed Executive Director of Downtown Sales.
Kliegerman is a highly engaged member and leader of the Real Estate Board of New York for which he currently serves as Co-Chair of the Interfirm Forum and has previously served twice as Chairman of Residential Ethics Committees and four terms as Chairman of the Downtown Committee.
