NEW YORK CITY, NY – October 11, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — Winoker Realty has brokered a lease for midtown office space to be occupied by Esteem Security Services, Inc. at 29 West 30th Street in Manhattan, according to Elliot Klein, senior vice president at Winoker.
The tenant, a former occupant of 133 W. 19th Street, will take occupancy of a 3,200-square-foot space on the sixth floor of the building in early November for a ten-year term. The asking rent for the space was $32 per square foot.
Esteem Security Services is a security consultancy founded in 1996, serving clients throughout the New York metropolitan area. Its management team comprises former law enforcement personnel, and the firm offers trained, certified and licensed security professionals who exceed all applicable city, state, and U.S. government agency requirements.
