NEW YORK CITY, NY – October 6, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — Bill Berkis, senior managing director at Winoker Realty, has brokered a deal for East Side Manhattan office space on behalf of financial services firm Seven Points Capital, LLC.
Currently located at 825 Third Avenue, the tenant will relocate to a 2,930-square-foot space on the 15th floor of 805 Third Ave., between 49th and 50th Streets, starting February 1st for a five-year, four-month term. The aggregate rental for the space is $635,000.
“As its current lease was coming up for renewal, the tenant was looking for affordable office space in the same general vicinity of its East Side Manhattan location,” says Mr. Berkis, who represented the trading firm. “After a thorough search, we were able to find Seven Points the perfect value in the area.”
Steven Lambert brokered the deal in-house on behalf of the landlord, Cohen Bros. Realty Corp.
