IAQ Expert Lopez Joins Partner Engineering and Science as Project Manager in New York Office

Torrance, CA and New York, NY – March 21, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — William Will Lopez, 40, has joined Partner Engineering and Science Inc.’s New York office as a Project Manager in the firm’s growing Industrial Hygiene Division.

Lopez holds several New York asbestos-related registrations. A certified asbestos inspector and lead risk assessor, Lopez is a recognized expert in all matters relating to indoor air quality (IAQ) including asbestos, lead, and volatile organic compounds. Lopez will also play a major role in Phase I Environmental Site Assessments.

Lopez has worked on projects ranging from a multi-year asbestos remediation project for Madison Square Garden’s renovations to conducting surveys for New York correctional facilities, police departments and fire departments.

Will has a strong knowledge of New York City asbestos regulations and has an excellent reputation with local agencies and abatement contractors for our IH Division. He will be a valuable resource to our growing Industrial Hygiene business, Kevin Roberts, CAC, REA, Partner’s Technical Director – Industrial Hygiene Division.

At Partner, Lopez will serve as a Project Manager for Industrial Hygiene, with the Partner IH Division. He will focus on asbestos, lead, mold, and IAQ projects working out of the New York office.

Previously, Lopez was an environmental scientist in the New York office of IVI International, Inc. He graduated from the School of Natural and Social Sciences at Purchase College State University of New York.
