Mark Marasciullo joins firm to advance investor client relationships and service delivery.
NEW YORK, NY – March 26, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — Jones Lang LaSalle has hired Mark Marasciullo as a Managing Director in New York. He will serve on the firm’s national investor client team — a group of established facilitators and relationship managers for Jones Lang LaSalle’s largest institutional investor clients.
The new hire expands the firm’s service ability to connect national clients to local market opportunities. The team seeks to create client awareness about new market-specific services, and to cross-share opportunities for each client to leverage the firm’s investor business lines expertise, including Capital Markets, Agency Leasing and Property Management, across multiple product types.

Marasciullo, like his counterparts, will work closely with property management, agency leasing, and capital markets teams—across office, industrial, retail and multifamily product types—on a local and national level to collectively focus all the firm’s resources on solutions for investor clients and prospects.

Marasciullo comes to Jones Lang LaSalle from New Canaan Partners LLC, in New York, which he founded in 2006. He is the company’s managing principal, and oversaw the acquisition of several assets located on Manhattan Island. In addition, New Canaan Partners was engaged by several institutional CRE investors as an outside asset management and workout/re-structuring advisor.
He founded the company directly after his previous tenure at Jones Lang LaSalle in various roles, including Senior Vice President of Investor Services and Vice President of Capital Markets. Marasciullo has also worked at notable companies Eastdil Secured, a real estate investment banking company; and Spaulding & Slye, which Jones Lang LaSalle acquired in 2005.
