Jones Lang LaSalle Selected by Ownership to Lease 620 Avenue of the Americas

Firm to lease, market seven-story, Class A, 780,000-SF office building

NEW YORK, NY – April 13, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — Jones Lang LaSalle has been selected by CF 620 Owner One LLC as exclusive leasing agent for 620 Avenue of the Americas, also known as 45 West 18th Street. The company will be responsible for commercial office leasing and marketing efforts at the Class A, 780,000-square-foot mixed-use building.

The Jones Lang LaSalle team overseeing the leasing assignment at 620 Avenue of the Americas is led by Mitchell Konsker and Matthew Astrachan, vice chairmen, and includes Jonathan Tootell, vice president.

“Located in Chelsea, 620 Avenue of the Americas has some of the most creative and spectacular office space in the market,” said Konsker. “The property has a 150,000-square-foot block of contiguous office space on the sixth and seventh floors, featuring branding and identity rights for a large tenant. While both spaces offer fantastic views and ceiling heights that range from 14 feet to 25 feet, the natural light on the seventh floor is enhanced by numerous built-in skylights.”

The seven-story, 780,000-square-foot 620 Avenue of the Americas is located between West 18th and West 19th streets in Manhattan’s Chelsea District. The sixth floor, which has a total of 83,886 square feet of office space available for lease, is in move-in condition and offers a creative installation with exposed ceilings and an open-plan layout.

CF 620 Owner One LLC recently demolished the entire seventh floor of the building and is offering tenants a cash contribution towards work or a turnkey installation. The seventh floor totals 65,700 square feet of open, airy space that includes the ability to construct multiple terraces with spectacular views for tenant use.
