Responsible for Overseeing Keller Williams’ Manhattan Growth

He will be responsible for overseeing Keller Williams’ Manhattan growth, while working closely with its recently launched international division.
Barron has an extensive resume in the real estate and mortgage industry, with a focus on coaching and training. He recently completed a yearlong project to launch online video continuing education for the real estate community in New York City, a first of its kind. As president of Eric Barron Inc., he has been a sought after speaker focused on such topics as communication skills, personal branding and leadership.

Barron will be based out of Keller Williams NYC’s new 36,000-square-foot, full-floor office at 425 Park Avenue, which includes an expansive employee training room, modern community lounge, and high-end lobby area.

Barron is a native New Yorker who graduated from Washington University in St. Louis. Earlier in his career, he was executive vice president of The New York Mortgage Company before launching Barron Mortgage Group. He has taught over 100 continuing education classes for real estate professionals, while training more than 3,000 agents on the DiSC behavioral profiles.
