Top Manhattan Agent to Lead Team of Seven Licensed Sales Associates

Shapot leads a team of seven experienced licensed real estate sales associates including Luis Vazquez, Carson Alexander and Ying Li-Oshrin. The Michael Shapot Team at Keller Williams NYC will be based in the firm’s new 36,000-square-foot, full-floor office at 425 Park Avenue in Midtown.

Shapot has been a successful real estate agent for more than 20 years. Most recently, he was a Senior Vice President at Prudential Douglas Elliman in Manhattan. Prior to that, he was an agent at Coldwell Banker Hunt Kennedy, where he managed the Number 1 Coldwell Banker office in New York State for four consecutive years. He has also owned his own boutique residential real estate company.

A longtime Manhattan resident, Shapot received a law degree from George Washington University Law School, and a Bachelor’s in Economics from the University of Rochester. He practiced law for five years after law school, primarily drafting and negotiating coop and condo offering plans.
