Mr. Silver already heads the NKF leasing team at W&H’s 1350 Broadway.

Mr. Silver, a 29-year veteran of commercial brokerage in New York, has been responsible for more than six million square feet of lease transactions in his career. In his 24-year tenure at Newmark Knight Frank, he has represented a wide variety of companies, including many in creative fields, such as advertising, fashion, entertainment, and non-profit. His clients have included Marvel Entertainment, Taconic Capital Advisors and The Markle Foundation.
