Solar Panal Developer and Financier Relocates Headquarters to Malkin Properties’ First Stamford Place

STAMFORD, CT – April 27, 2012 – (RealEstateRama) — REgeneration Finance, a solar energy developer and financier, has relocated its headquarters from Harrison, N.Y. to First Stamford Place, reports Jeffrey H. The tenant will take occupancy of a 4,136-square-foot space at 300 First Stamford Place for a term of ten years.
