ALBANY – July 30, 2015 – (RealEstateRama) — The New York Department of State will hold a public meeting on August 7, 2015 at 10:30 a.m., regarding the real estate appraisal profession. The meeting will take place at the following locations: 99 Washington Avenue, Albany; 65 Court Street, Buffalo; and, 123 William Street, New York City. The public has the right to attend the meeting at any of these locations.
The Department’s Division of Licensing Services issues licenses to persons in this profession, and the Board of Real Estate Appraisal advises the Department on adoption of rules and regulations relating to this discipline.
