NEW YORK CITY, NY – August 22, 2011 – (RealEstateRama) — Jackobin Consulting Services, Inc., a consultancy firm that provides project management, staffing, and web services for technical companies, has leased 6,500 square feet at 1150 Avenue of the Americas, according to Corey Abdo, executive vice president and principal of Winoker Realty.
The tenant will take occupancy of the entire fourth floor on September 1st of this year. The four-year, eight-month lease will last through March of 2016.
JCSI’s core business addresses the application, data, networking, and system implementation needs of businesses unequipped with the resources to manage those areas internally. The firm is also equipped to successfully manage tech and e-commerce projects from inception to completion, and offers additional professional staffing services as well.
